Honey RDA IQOS in Panama City: the online shortlist
Honey in Panama City: 13 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What the label on Honey is allowed to say
Honey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.1.67 per 10 ml.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a honey RDA really costs in Panama City
Honey in Panama City reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested honey in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where honey goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Packaging for honey in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.1.67 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.52 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does honey in a RDA last?
In Panama City we measured 3 to 13 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does honey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the honey blend itself harsh.
