Honey sub-ohm kit IQOS in Panama City: the guide shortlist
Honey in Panama City: 11 units tested over 7 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How we tested Honey sub-ohm kit here
Honey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.1.97 per 10 ml.
Honey sounds like one product. It is not: a sub-ohm kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, sub-ohm kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a honey sub-ohm kit really costs in Panama City
The honest read on honey: 11 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested honey in a sub-ohm kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a honey bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every honey bottle shipped into Panama.
Where honey goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.57 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.1.97 per 10 ml.
- Mixing honey with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Packaging for honey in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does honey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the honey blend itself harsh.
