Honey zero-nicotine bottle IQOS in Panama City: the flat shortlist
Honey in Panama City: 15 units tested over 5 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Honey sounds like one product. It is not: a zero-nicotine bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, zero-nicotine bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a honey zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Panama City
Honey in a zero-nicotine bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested honey in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every honey bottle shipped into Panama.
- Batch code and production date, so a honey bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for zero-nicotine bottle in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a zero-nicotine bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where honey goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.62 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a zero-nicotine bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On honey the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.62 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
How long does honey in a zero-nicotine bottle last?
In Panama City we measured 5 to 15 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should honey start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a zero-nicotine bottle.
