Honey zero-nicotine bottle IQOS in Panama City: the review shortlist
Honey in Panama City: 24 units tested over 4 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Ordering IQOS to Panama City: the practical version
Honey sounds like one product. It is not: a zero-nicotine bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
We run honey the same way in Panama City: same zero-nicotine bottle, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: honey in Panama City works if the zero-nicotine bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a honey zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Panama City
Honey zero-nicotine bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested honey in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a honey bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where honey goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long honey in Panama City survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why honey tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Panama |
| Coil life | ~6 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Panama | 4–9 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | B/.44 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | B/.2.57 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Why does honey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the zero-nicotine bottle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the honey blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should honey start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a zero-nicotine bottle.
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
