Iced in Panama City: 17 units tested over 9 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How we tested Iced 100 ml bottle here
A iced 100 ml bottle from the budget options in Panama costs about B/.2.41 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Iced 100 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the 100 ml bottle you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested iced in a 100 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the 100 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into Panama.
Where iced goes wrong
- Mixing iced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a 100 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Treating the advertised B/.48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.41 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is iced legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 100 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
