Iced 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Panama City: the wholesale shortlist
Iced in Panama City: 22 units tested over 8 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What the label on Iced is allowed to say
Iced in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Iced sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a iced 30 ml shortfill really costs in Panama City
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.3.11 per 10 ml.
How we tested iced in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into Panama.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where iced goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long iced in Panama City survives.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.3.11 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.39 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
