Iced cartomizer IQOS in Panama City: the online shortlist
Iced in Panama City: 10 units tested over 7 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How to tell a good cartomizer from a repack
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.1.67 per 10 ml.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced cartomizer really costs in Panama City
If you are looking at iced in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested iced in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
Where iced goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.57 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.1.67 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
