Iced mesh tank IQOS in Panama City: the best shortlist
Iced in Panama City: 19 units tested over 7 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the iced habit
We run iced the same way in Panama City: same mesh tank, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you are looking at iced in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced mesh tank really costs in Panama City
The honest read on iced: 19 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested iced in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into Panama.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
Where iced goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.38 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Packaging for iced in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
What nicotine strength should iced start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
