Iced in Panama City: 18 units tested over 8 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What the label on Iced is allowed to say
A iced nicotine salt bottle from the online options in Panama costs about B/.2.38 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.38 per 10 ml.
The short version: iced in Panama City works if the nicotine salt bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced nicotine salt bottle really costs in Panama City
If you are looking at iced in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the nicotine salt bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested iced in a nicotine salt bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the nicotine salt bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for nicotine salt bottle in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where iced goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest nicotine salt bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the nicotine salt bottle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should iced start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a nicotine salt bottle.
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
