Iced pod kit IQOS in Panama City: the deals shortlist
Iced in Panama City: 22 units tested over 6 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Choosing a pod kit for iced
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.97 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, pod kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a iced pod kit really costs in Panama City
Iced in a pod kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested iced in a pod kit
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into Panama.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
Where iced goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.

Frequently asked questions
Is iced legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should iced start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pod kit.
