Iced pod kit IQOS in Panama City: the price shortlist
Iced in Panama City: 11 units tested over 3 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How to tell a good pod kit from a repack
Iced sounds like one product. It is not: a pod kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.0 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the pod kit you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced pod kit really costs in Panama City
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.0 per 10 ml.
How we tested iced in a pod kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where iced goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pod kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should iced start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pod kit.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
How much does a pod kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.0 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.55 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
