What iced costs in Panama City
Iced in Panama City reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.18 per 10 ml.
The short version: iced in Panama City works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.

How we tested iced in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where iced goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised B/.35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.18 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does iced in a RDA last?
In Panama City we measured 3 to 18 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.18 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.35 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
