Iced RDA IQOS in Panama City: the flat shortlist
Iced in Panama City: 6 units tested over 8 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
A iced RDA from the flat-rate options in Panama costs about B/.2.16 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.16 per 10 ml.
The short version: iced in Panama City works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced RDA really costs in Panama City
Iced RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested iced in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where iced goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.16 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.49 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
