Iced RDA IQOS in Panama City: the guide shortlist
Iced in Panama City: 6 units tested over 6 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Iced sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
We run iced the same way in Panama City: same RDA, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: iced in Panama City works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced RDA really costs in Panama City
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.3.45 per 10 ml.
How we tested iced in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where iced goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long iced in Panama City survives.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.3.45 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.41 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does iced in a RDA last?
In Panama City we measured 6 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
