Iced refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the wholesale shortlist
Iced in Panama City: 20 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the iced habit
We run iced the same way in Panama City: same refill pack, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.3.53 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced refill pack really costs in Panama City
Iced refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested iced in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
Where iced goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long iced in Panama City survives.
- Treating the advertised B/.44 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.53 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should iced start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On iced the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.3.53 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
How long does iced in a refill pack last?
In Panama City we measured 6 to 20 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
