Iced starter kit IQOS in Panama City: the cheap shortlist
Iced in Panama City: 12 units tested over 4 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Where buyers go wrong with iced in Panama
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.3.11 per 10 ml.
Iced starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: iced in Panama City works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced starter kit really costs in Panama City
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested iced in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where iced goes wrong
- Mixing iced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised B/.53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.11 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.3.11 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.53 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does iced in a starter kit last?
In Panama City we measured 4 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should iced start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
