Iced starter kit IQOS in Panama City: the wholesale shortlist
Iced in Panama City: 23 units tested over 5 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the iced habit
A iced starter kit from the bulk options in Panama costs about B/.3.06 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Iced sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: iced in Panama City works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced starter kit really costs in Panama City
Iced in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested iced in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where iced goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.06 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.3.06 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.61 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should iced start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
How long does iced in a starter kit last?
In Panama City we measured 5 to 23 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
