Iced sub-ohm kit IQOS in Panama City: the flat shortlist
Iced in Panama City: 20 units tested over 7 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
A iced sub-ohm kit from the flat-rate options in Panama costs about B/.2.06 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Iced in Panama City reaches the shelf in sub-ohm kit formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the sub-ohm kit you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced sub-ohm kit really costs in Panama City
If you are looking at iced in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the sub-ohm kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested iced in a sub-ohm kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where iced goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a sub-ohm kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
