Iced vape pen IQOS in Panama City: the flat shortlist
Iced in Panama City: 22 units tested over 6 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the iced habit
Iced in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
A iced vape pen from the flat-rate options in Panama costs about B/.3.5 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced vape pen really costs in Panama City
Iced in Panama City reaches the shelf in vape pen formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested iced in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into Panama.
Where iced goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Treating the advertised B/.65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.5 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does iced in a vape pen last?
In Panama City we measured 6 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
Is iced legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
