Lemon 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Panama City: the flat shortlist
Lemon in Panama City: 14 units tested over 9 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
A lemon 30 ml shortfill from the flat-rate options in Panama costs about B/.3.02 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Lemon sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 14 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a lemon 30 ml shortfill really costs in Panama City
Lemon in Panama City reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested lemon in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a lemon bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.3.02 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.35 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
