Lemon 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Panama City: the price shortlist
Lemon in Panama City: 17 units tested over 2 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What lemon costs in Panama City
We run lemon the same way in Panama City: same 30 ml shortfill, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
A lemon 30 ml shortfill from the value options in Panama costs about B/.3.11 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: lemon in Panama City works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lemon 30 ml shortfill really costs in Panama City
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested lemon in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lemon bottle shipped into Panama.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lemon tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On lemon the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.3.11 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Is lemon legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Why does lemon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the lemon blend itself harsh.
