Lemon box mod IQOS in Panama City: the guide shortlist
Lemon in Panama City: 7 units tested over 4 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Ordering IQOS to Panama City: the practical version
We run lemon the same way in Panama City: same box mod, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Lemon in Panama City reaches the shelf in box mod formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: lemon in Panama City works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lemon box mod really costs in Panama City
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested lemon in a box mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a lemon bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lemon tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing lemon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Entry kit | B/.53 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | B/.1.81 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How much does a box mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.1.81 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.53 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does lemon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the lemon blend itself harsh.
