Ordering IQOS to Panama City: the practical version
If you are looking at lemon in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The honest read on lemon: 6 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: lemon in Panama City works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lemon cartomizer really costs in Panama City
Lemon cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested lemon in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lemon tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing lemon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.

Frequently asked questions
Why does lemon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the lemon blend itself harsh.
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.79 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.50 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should lemon start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
