Lemon disposable vape IQOS in Panama City: the review shortlist
Lemon in Panama City: 8 units tested over 8 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How to tell a good disposable vape from a repack
Lemon in a disposable vape is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

The short version: lemon in Panama City works if the disposable vape, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lemon disposable vape really costs in Panama City
Lemon disposable vape reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested lemon in a disposable vape
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a disposable vape arrives sealed but wrong.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest disposable vape available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing lemon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised B/.44 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.83 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a disposable vape cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.83 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.44 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should lemon start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a disposable vape.
Why does lemon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the disposable vape units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the lemon blend itself harsh.
