Ordering IQOS to Panama City: the practical version
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Lemon in Panama City reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: lemon in Panama City works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lemon pen device really costs in Panama City
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested lemon in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a lemon bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lemon tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.88 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.34 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does lemon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the lemon blend itself harsh.
How long does lemon in a pen device last?
In Panama City we measured 4 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
