Ordering IQOS to Panama City: the practical version
Lemon pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Lemon sounds like one product. It is not: a pod kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: lemon in Panama City works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lemon pod kit really costs in Panama City
We run lemon the same way in Panama City: same pod kit, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested lemon in a pod kit
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Mixing lemon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised B/.64 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.73 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest pod kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should lemon start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pod kit.
How long does lemon in a pod kit last?
In Panama City we measured 4 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is lemon legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
