Lemon pod kit IQOS in Panama City: the flat shortlist
Lemon in Panama City: 17 units tested over 5 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How we tested Lemon pod kit here
A lemon pod kit from the flat-rate options in Panama costs about B/.2.81 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at lemon in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pod kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, pod kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a lemon pod kit really costs in Panama City
Lemon prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.81 per 10 ml.
How we tested lemon in a pod kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a lemon bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Mixing lemon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pod kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised B/.66 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.81 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for lemon in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Is lemon legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does lemon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the lemon blend itself harsh.
