Lemon pod kit IQOS in Panama City: the online shortlist
Lemon in Panama City: 22 units tested over 2 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Lemon in a pod kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Lemon sounds like one product. It is not: a pod kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, pod kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a lemon pod kit really costs in Panama City
Lemon pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested lemon in a pod kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a lemon bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.42 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.52 per 10 ml.
- Mixing lemon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Entry kit | B/.42 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | B/.2.52 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
