Lemon prefilled pod IQOS in Panama City: the deals shortlist
Lemon in Panama City: 12 units tested over 6 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What lemon costs in Panama City
If you are looking at lemon in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the prefilled pod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run lemon the same way in Panama City: same prefilled pod, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: lemon in Panama City works if the prefilled pod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lemon prefilled pod really costs in Panama City
Lemon prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.15 per 10 ml.
How we tested lemon in a prefilled pod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the prefilled pod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for prefilled pod in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a prefilled pod arrives sealed but wrong.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.31 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.15 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a prefilled pod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lemon tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for lemon in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the prefilled pod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the lemon blend itself harsh.

Not automatically. On lemon the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.15 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
How much does a prefilled pod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.15 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.31 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
