Lemon refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the review shortlist
Lemon in Panama City: 8 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Choosing a refill pack for lemon
Lemon prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.3.39 per 10 ml.
If you are looking at lemon in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: lemon in Panama City works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lemon refill pack really costs in Panama City
A lemon refill pack from the reviewed options in Panama costs about B/.3.39 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested lemon in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lemon bottle shipped into Panama.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lemon tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised B/.52 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.39 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions

Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.3.39 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.52 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.

Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the lemon blend itself harsh.
