Lemon starter kit IQOS in Panama City: the review shortlist
Lemon in Panama City: 9 units tested over 5 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Ordering IQOS to Panama City: the practical version
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
A lemon starter kit from the reviewed options in Panama costs about B/.1.72 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: lemon in Panama City works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lemon starter kit really costs in Panama City
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested lemon in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lemon bottle shipped into Panama.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lemon tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing lemon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for lemon in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does lemon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the lemon blend itself harsh.
Is lemon legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
What nicotine strength should lemon start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
