Licorice cartomizer IQOS in Panama City: the deals shortlist
Licorice in Panama City: 17 units tested over 4 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the licorice habit
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.79 per 10 ml.
Licorice cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: licorice in Panama City works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice cartomizer really costs in Panama City
Licorice sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested licorice in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into Panama.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.79 per 10 ml.
- Mixing licorice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
