Lime box mod IQOS in Panama City: the cheap shortlist
Lime in Panama City: 17 units tested over 6 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Where buyers go wrong with lime in Panama
A lime box mod from the cheapest options in Panama costs about B/.2.99 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run lime the same way in Panama City: same box mod, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, box mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a lime box mod really costs in Panama City
Lime box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested lime in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lime bottle shipped into Panama.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a lime bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where lime goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised B/.61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.99 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for lime in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does lime taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the lime blend itself harsh.
Is lime legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
What nicotine strength should lime start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a box mod.
