Lime cartomizer IQOS in Panama City: the online shortlist
Lime in Panama City: 9 units tested over 3 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Choosing a cartomizer for lime
The honest read on lime: 9 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Lime sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: lime in Panama City works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lime cartomizer really costs in Panama City
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested lime in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lime bottle shipped into Panama.
Where lime goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.81 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing lime with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for lime in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On lime the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.81 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Why does lime taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the lime blend itself harsh.
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.81 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.68 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
