Lime mesh tank IQOS in Panama City: the best shortlist
Lime in Panama City: 8 units tested over 8 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
Lime prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.97 per 10 ml.
Lime sounds like one product. It is not: a mesh tank running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long lime tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a lime mesh tank really costs in Panama City
We run lime the same way in Panama City: same mesh tank, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested lime in a mesh tank
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lime bottle shipped into Panama.
Where lime goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lime tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | B/.42 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | B/.2.97 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How long does lime in a mesh tank last?
In Panama City we measured 8 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a mesh tank cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.97 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.42 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should lime start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
