How we tested Lime pen device here
Lime in Panama City reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the best ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.

Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a lime pen device really costs in Panama City
Lime in Panama City reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the best ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested lime in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where lime goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.12 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.

Frequently asked questions
Why does lime taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the lime blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should lime start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On lime the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.3.12 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
