Lime refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the price shortlist
Lime in Panama City: 23 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the lime habit
Lime in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: lime in Panama City works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lime refill pack really costs in Panama City
If you are looking at lime in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested lime in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a lime bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where lime goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised B/.29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.92 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On lime the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.92 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Why does lime taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the lime blend itself harsh.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.92 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.29 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
