Lime starter kit IQOS in Panama City: the cheap shortlist
Lime in Panama City: 13 units tested over 6 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How to tell a good starter kit from a repack
Lime in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

The short version: lime in Panama City works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lime starter kit really costs in Panama City
Lime in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested lime in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
Where lime goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing lime with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the lime blend itself harsh.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.88 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.40 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
