Melon cartomizer IQOS in Panama City: the cheap shortlist
Melon in Panama City: 7 units tested over 8 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the melon habit
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Melon cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long melon tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a melon cartomizer really costs in Panama City
We run melon the same way in Panama City: same cartomizer, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested melon in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every melon bottle shipped into Panama.
Where melon goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing melon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
What nicotine strength should melon start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
Why does melon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the melon blend itself harsh.
