Mint 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Panama City: the cheap shortlist
Mint in Panama City: 24 units tested over 5 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Where buyers go wrong with mint in Panama
Mint in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long mint tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mint 30 ml shortfill really costs in Panama City
A mint 30 ml shortfill from the cheapest options in Panama costs about B/.1.63 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested mint in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mint bottle shipped into Panama.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a mint bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where mint goes wrong
- Mixing mint with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
