Mint cartomizer IQOS in Panama City: the cheap shortlist
Mint in Panama City: 15 units tested over 2 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How to tell a good cartomizer from a repack
Mint in Panama City reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
We run mint the same way in Panama City: same cartomizer, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long mint tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mint cartomizer really costs in Panama City
We run mint the same way in Panama City: same cartomizer, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested mint in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mint bottle shipped into Panama.
- Batch code and production date, so a mint bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where mint goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mint tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should mint start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
Is mint legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Why does mint taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the mint blend itself harsh.
