How we tested Mint starter kit here
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Mint prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.1.93 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mint starter kit really costs in Panama City
A mint starter kit from the budget options in Panama costs about B/.1.93 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested mint in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where mint goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.1.93 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
