Mint vape pen IQOS in Panama City: the review shortlist
Mint in Panama City: 6 units tested over 6 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the mint habit
Mint in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Mint vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: mint in Panama City works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mint vape pen really costs in Panama City
Mint sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested mint in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a mint bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
Where mint goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.51 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.27 per 10 ml.
- Mixing mint with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.3.27 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.51 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does mint in a vape pen last?
In Panama City we measured 6 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does mint taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the mint blend itself harsh.
