Mintice 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Panama City: the budget shortlist
Mintice in Panama City: 13 units tested over 5 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Choosing a 30 ml shortfill for mintice
Mintice in Panama City reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Mintice 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: mintice in Panama City works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mintice 30 ml shortfill really costs in Panama City
Mintice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.1.65 per 10 ml.
How we tested mintice in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.33 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.1.65 per 10 ml.
- Mixing mintice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mintice the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.1.65 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should mintice start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
How long does mintice in a 30 ml shortfill last?
In Panama City we measured 5 to 13 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
