Mintice e-liquid bundle IQOS in Panama City: the cheap shortlist
Mintice in Panama City: 10 units tested over 6 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Choosing a e-liquid bundle for mintice
If you are looking at mintice in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the e-liquid bundle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Mintice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.1.79 per 10 ml.
The short version: mintice in Panama City works if the e-liquid bundle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mintice e-liquid bundle really costs in Panama City
We run mintice the same way in Panama City: same e-liquid bundle, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested mintice in a e-liquid bundle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mintice bottle shipped into Panama.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mintice in Panama City survives.
- Chasing a discount on a e-liquid bundle that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a e-liquid bundle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.1.79 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.42 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should mintice start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a e-liquid bundle.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
