Ordering IQOS to Panama City: the practical version
Mintice in Panama City reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Mintice pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: mintice in Panama City works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mintice pen device really costs in Panama City
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested mintice in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Mixing mintice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mintice in Panama City survives.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.3.23 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.52 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should mintice start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
