Mintice refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the deals shortlist
Mintice in Panama City: 21 units tested over 4 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
The honest read on mintice: 21 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
A mintice refill pack from the discounted options in Panama costs about B/.2.16 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long mintice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mintice refill pack really costs in Panama City
Mintice refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested mintice in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mintice bottle shipped into Panama.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.16 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mintice tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
How long does mintice in a refill pack last?
In Panama City we measured 4 to 21 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
