Mintice vape pen IQOS in Panama City: the compare shortlist
Mintice in Panama City: 11 units tested over 4 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
Mintice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.78 per 10 ml.
We run mintice the same way in Panama City: same vape pen, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mintice vape pen really costs in Panama City
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested mintice in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mintice bottle shipped into Panama.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.78 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.28 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mintice the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.78 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
