Ordering IQOS to Panama City: the practical version
If you are looking at nutty in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run nutty the same way in Panama City: same cartomizer, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: nutty in Panama City works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a nutty cartomizer really costs in Panama City
Nutty prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.08 per 10 ml.
How we tested nutty in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where nutty goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing nutty with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why nutty tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
