Nutty cartomizer IQOS in Panama City: the order shortlist
Nutty in Panama City: 10 units tested over 5 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Where buyers go wrong with nutty in Panama
Nutty prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.3.41 per 10 ml.
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: nutty in Panama City works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a nutty cartomizer really costs in Panama City
A nutty cartomizer from the pre-order options in Panama costs about B/.3.41 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested nutty in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every nutty bottle shipped into Panama.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a nutty bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where nutty goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.41 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing nutty with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should nutty start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
Why does nutty taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the nutty blend itself harsh.
Is nutty legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
